Shipping & Returns
How long does UK shipping take?
Orders in the UK are sent using Royal Mail “Second Class Tracked & Signed” which usually takes 2-3 working days. For First Class postage, select “Express Delivery” at checkout. Orders over £150 are sent “Next Day before 1pm”
How long does International Shipping take?
International shipping usually takes around 5-7 working days but could take longer depending on lockdowns or customs clearance. Please be aware that we cannot send orders to an invalid address so please double check your details when ordering! If the address given is invalid, and we cannot contact you, we will hold your order until you contact us.
I don’t live in the UK, do I need to pay fees?
The price you pay when ordering does not include any customs, VAT or handling fees for your country. please be aware that you may need to pay these on reciept of your order. If you refuse delivery, you will need to email us within 30 days to apply for a refund of your order price only minus shipping costs.
What is your Returns Policy?
You are entitled to return an item to us for a refund or exchange, providing it is unworn, unwashed and as recieved.
To return or exchange an item you must email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do this by replying to your original order email when possible, or email us at hello@kaohinani.co.uk with your order number, order date and items you wish to return. We can only refund to the account used to purchase the item, so please include these details too.
We will provide you with return details, giving you 14 days to return your item from the date of our email. If the items are returned in original condition we will refund you within 7 working days after receipt of your return.
If the items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition they will be shipped back to you. If your return is sent back late or you cannot provide in-date proof of postage we will not issue a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
To exchange an order for a different size, please email us within 14 days. You will need to pay postage again for your replacement item, which we will send you an invoice for. This must be paid within 7 days.
